Overall condition
The house is in excellent condition. Built in 2010, it was left without interior finishing until 2015, when the full interior fit-out was completed. Since then only wall repainting has been needed, as there have been no significant wear issues. The roof, facade, and heating and cooling systems are in excellent condition and require no replacement or repair, and the chimney is regularly inspected and cleaned.
Updates and maintenance
